What to expect after you book

  • Drop-off — leave the car at the shop or arrange a hand-off; bring your key, the rest is on us
  • Diagnosis — for diagnostic or unclear issues, we inspect and get back to you in writing before any work
  • Quote & approval — written estimate, your call, nothing happens without your sign-off
